Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may be affected due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.

• Any promotional offers such as Free Shipping will be clearly mentioned on the product page or at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available).

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Maharaja is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the package and product.
